Suratthani Rajabhat Universitywas established as a university under the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education on June 15th, 2004 in accordance with the Rajabhat University Act 2004 and Office of the President was established as a government office in Suratthani Rajabhat University in accordance with the ministerial regulation on establishment of government office in Suratthani Rajabhat University under Ministry of Education 2004. The announcement of the Ministry of Education on the division of government in Suratthani Rajabhat University 2006 has divided the government officers in the Office of the President as follows.
1. General Affairs Division
2. Policy and Planning Division
3. Division of Student Development
Later,the Council of Suratthani Rajabhat University divided the internal government offices of the Suratthani Rajabhat University, during the meeting no. 11/2006 held on November 29th, 2006, in order to make the operation more efficient and appointed the Personnel Administration Division as an internal office of the Office of the President which consists of the following tasks;
1. General Administration
2. Work System and Manpower Development
3. Personnel Development and Academic Placement
4. Recruitment and Appointment
5. Personnel Record and Gratification
6. Discipline and Legal Affairs Division
In 2017, the Council of Suratthani Rajabhat University divided the internal government offices of Suratthani Rajabhat University once again and Personnel Management was declared asPersonnel Division which is an internal office under the Office of the President, which consists of the following tasks;
